At first, I had trouble finding a reputable company in the area who specializes in arborvitae trees for my project. When I found the Columbus Tree Company, I happily committed to what felt to be a very reasonable estimate. I can't recommend these guys enough! Craig was extremely quick in getting me a quote - all done with just a few photos and measurements. He came out right away and planted 15 trees in less than a day and a half! Other companies I got quotes for were overpriced and told us it would be months before they could come out. His price was extremely fair and on top of the service, he gave us great advice and we continue to stay in touch regarding any questions I have about maintenance. 10/10 - he'll be our guy for everything moving forward.

Half a tree blew over into my neighbors yard. Craig was there within 20 minutes and it was quoted, removed and all cleared the next morning. I realize he can't be superman all the time but dam! they are awesome!
I booked a pruning job for a large, difficult tree. Getting estimates and scheduling was easy due to their prompt communication and service. Craig spent extra time to ensure our tree was in good shape and also educated me about the specific tree’s needs. Pricing was also reasonable and transparent. Highly recommend.
We were looking at companies to remove three large bushes and 2 mature trees. Columbus Tree Company provided a competitive quote. Quick in responding. Craig was honest in which trees required immediate attention and which can be postponed. During the day of the removal, it was a chilly fall day. Everything went smoothly. Our neighbor wanted the wood, and Craig was very accommodating and professional by giving us a call first. There was no damage to the house and they cleared everything up within the same day. They were also courteous in the parking spaces to not block any neighbors. The only small thing is that there was a patch of wood shavings that was left and we didn’t notice it, and then winter came and by spring, we had a patch of dead grass. But we filled it in fine during growing season. I plan on using Craig and Columbus Tree Company again and would recommend.

Finally, an honest and great company to do business with! I had all the deadwood removed from two large Locust trees that are in my front yard on a very busy street in Reynoldsburg. They did a quick, and complete job without leaving a mess and their prices were very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
Columbus Tree Company did a wonderful job with their tree trimming service. They arrived as scheduled and worked thoroughly and diligently in inclement weather to complete their work. They were kind to haul away a few extra bundles of tree branches that I had cut down previously. They cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess behind.
Needed some trees trimmed back that were growing into/over our house as well as clearing out some collapsed limbs over a pond. Columbus Tree Company came out quickly to scope out the work, provided an estimate, and handled the job without issue while working around our schedule.

Fantastic service. Had a tree fall across the driveway trapping in both cars. Quoted same day on a Saturday evening, tree + big stump and some bushes fully removed by noon Monday. Highly recommend!

Columbus Tree Company did a great job removing the leftover of a fallen tree and stump. They were by far the best value I was able to find and they did a clean and safe job in the tight space of my backyard. I'm very happy that I went with them for this service. I wish I had called before the tree had fallen because I would have trusted them with the tricky removal!

The company explained the entire process and was extremely professional. I especially appreciated the quick removal and clean up! I will be recommending them to friends & family.
Columbus Tree Company were very professional easy to understand as they explained the process. They were very attentive to what we wanted done and prior to completing the job they showed me what they did and asked if this is good or would you want more taken off. They cut it the way we wanted it and they did an excellent job and they picked up the entire tree trimmings and hauled them away Left our property spotless. I highly recommend them. Columbus Tree Company did a great job in a difficult situation. They cleared trees over and in a creek and hauled everything away. They avoided damage to the lawn and nearby plants. Would definitely recommend and will be calling them again for work in the future.

We had a 110 foot oak tree close to our house that died. Columbus Tree Company brought amazing pieces of equipment into our yard with terrific crew members. They were meticulous, hard working and neat. Even though the machinery was enormous our lawn and bushes were never damaged anywhere. We would never consider any other service.

They were very flexible with what they would do to match our needs. Their estimate matched what we were charged in the end, no hidden fees or adjustments. They left the area looking great. Wow! Like super heros - this team swooped in and took care of a big problem we had! In minutes our RV was free from entrapment under a trees branch, our RV was unharmed, not a scratch upon it. I needed a bunch of potentially hazardous tree limbs removed from the tall tree in my backyard. So I did some research and messaged them to get a quote. Very quick to respond and pretty quick to come by and check out the project. They found all the crazy limbs that needed to come down and gave me a quote. After I got quotes from a couple other people, I decided to go with CTC because I really liked how they pointed out everything, including things I missed. Gave me a detailed list of what needed to be done and what I would be paying for. The other companies just had me point to things I thought I needed, and charge me for it without any other recommendations. I could have missed something! I don’t know what I’m doing! Then when they started the work, they were very safe about all of it and did a great job. Thanks guys!
Columbus Tree Company and El Tree Service were responsive from the start, provided the best estimate of three companies I contacted, communicated and completed the job thoroughly and on the day they promised. What's more, the techs were friendly! I'll have them back for trimming next time.
