By using our services — including estimates, scheduling, tree care, removal, trimming, and related work — you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all service requests, contracts, and work performed by Columbus Tree Company, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
We provide professional tree services as described in your estimate or service agreement. All work is detailed in writing, including the scope of work, timeline, cost, and any specific requirements. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Payment is due as outlined in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
We accept major credit cards, ACH/bank payments, and financing through Klarna (where offered).
Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum amount
permitted by law.
Note: Use of Klarna does not change your obligation to pay for services rendered.
Customers must:
Provide accurate job site information.
Ensure safe access to the property.
Mark underground utilities if applicable.
We maintain general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. However:
We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions or unmarked utilities.
Any damage not directly caused by our negligence is not our responsibility.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of $99 may apply to cover scheduling, dispatch, and administrative costs. Any changes must be requested in writing.
Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in the courts of Columbus, OH.
We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be bound by any changes posted on our site.
