Shipping / Service Delivery Policy


Service Fulfillment

Our services are “delivered” to your property at the scheduled date and time:

  • We will confirm appointment details via email or phone.

  • Estimated arrival windows will be provided.

  • Work is considered delivered upon completion of the agreed service scope.

Timeline & Scheduling

  • Estimated service dates are provided at contract time and can shift due to weather, staffing, or equipment availability.

  • We will notify you of any delays promptly.

  • If payment is collected upfront, services are typically completed within 28 days of booking/payment, unless
    delayed due to weather, safety conditions, staffing, or equipment availability. In the event of delays, the service
    will be rescheduled at the earliest available date.

Service Area

We serve Columbus, OH and the surrounding region. If your location is outside the defined area, additional travel fees may apply.

Missed Appointments / Rescheduling

  • If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 24 hours before service to avoid a rescheduling fee.

Service Confirmation

You will receive confirmation of service booking and any reminders before your appointment. Communication may include phone, text, or email.
