Refund & Cancellation Policy (Services)

Service Refund Guidelines

Tree care and tree removal services are performance-based, completed on location, and tailored to your property. Because work is rendered upon scheduling:

  • Standard Work: Not refundable once services are performed.

  • Partial Services: If work begins and you cancel mid-service, you are billed for completed work at the agreed rate.

  • No-Shows / Access Issues: If our team cannot access the site due to incorrect information or unsafe conditions, you may be billed a service attempt fee.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only when:

  • A documented service was not completed due to Company error.

  • You notify us within 5 business days of the scheduled service date via written request.

  • A reasonable investigation determines the complaint is valid.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

 

Refund Exclusions

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Completed services that match the agreed scope.

  • Change of mind after work has started or completed.

  • Failures to comply with pre-service obligations.
