Tree care and tree removal services are performance-based, completed on location, and tailored to your property. Because work is rendered upon scheduling:
Standard Work: Not refundable once services are performed.
Partial Services: If work begins and you cancel mid-service, you are billed for completed work at the agreed rate.
No-Shows / Access Issues: If our team cannot access the site due to incorrect information or unsafe conditions, you may be billed a service attempt fee.
Refunds may be considered only when:
A documented service was not completed due to Company error.
You notify us within 5 business days of the scheduled service date via written request.
A reasonable investigation determines the complaint is valid.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
No refunds will be provided for:
Completed services that match the agreed scope.
Change of mind after work has started or completed.
Failures to comply with pre-service obligations.
